What should I wear to my massage? 
You will be encouraged to wait a number of hours before washing off the essential oils in order to give the body time to absorb the oils. Because of this, it is suggested that you wear casual clothing. 

What should I do after a Lymphatic Massage? 
As with any other form of massage, it is recommended you drink 6-8 glasses of water during the 24-hour period after your massage. This will help flush any toxins that would have been released. 

Who can benefit from having a Lymphatic Massage? 
Everyone! Increased lymph flow removes harmful substances from the tissues and increases immune function.

For the most part lymphatic massage is safe. However, as with all massage therapies there are some contra indications. For lymphatic massage specifically, these include severe edema, acute inflammation, malignant tumors, lymph cancers, thrombosis and phlebitis (blood clots or other vascular diseases), major heart problems, skin infections, bacterial or viral infection (can lead to blood poisoning), or any infectious bone disease.

A physician's consent is required whenever there is an underlying pathology.
