Steam distilled from the flowers and stalks of the plant, this calming, fresh, herbaceous, floral-like essential oil has anti-bacterial, antiseptic, and anti-fungal properties. Soap ingredient for its ability to soothe inflamed skin and fosters regeneration of skin cells while having a steadying effect on the psyche.
Alkanet (Alkanna tinctona)
Alkanet root powder is an emollient that is soothing and softening to the skin; used to produce a natural purple colour.
